Jami Florio
Surgial Assistant
Jami began her dental career in 1980 while in high school as a dental assistant. She moved on to office manager in 1989 and has only worked for two offices. She joined Dr. Tom McGillicuddy in 2011 and she is thrilled to be working with his daughter, Dr. Megan Huyett. It is a blessing to be part of a team that you consider family, and an environment that is professional, caring, and respectful to their patients.
Outside the office, Jami enjoys traveling, hiking, reading and most importantly spending quality time with her two daughters and family.
Rosemarie Bliss, RDH
Dental Hygienist
My name is Rosey Bliss. I have been a dental hygienist for over 40 years. I grew up in Needham and now live in Medway with my husband. We have four adult children and three grandchildren.
I am very fortunate to have joined such a wonderful practice.
Laurie Erwin, CDA
Dental Assistant
Laurie is a certified and licensed dental assistant who has been working in the dental field since 2006. She received her certification from Southeastern Technical Institute in South Easton, MA. She joined McGillicuddy Huyett Dental in 2023. She loves working alongside a great dental team that provides the highest level of dental care to their patients. When Laurie isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Heather Berardi
Office Manager
With more than 15 years of experience in dental administration, I enjoy helping patients feel comfortable and well cared for from the moment they walk into the office. Building relationships with our patients and supporting a smooth, positive experience is one of the parts of my job I value most. Outside of work, I’m a mom of three daughters and enjoy spending time on Cape Cod relaxing with a good book. I’m having fun learning mahjong- my new favorite pastime!
Laura Lee, RDH
Registered Dental Hygienist
Laura has over 24 years of experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist. Laura is highly proficient in several areas of modern dental practice including: digital radiography, intraoral camera, Cari-vu for caries detection, Velscope for oral cancer screenings, soft tissue management and application of fluoride treatments and sealants. Laura has experience in periodontal evaluation and treatment planning including: periodontal charting, use of ultrasonic scaler, scaling and root planing, placement of Arestin and oral hygiene instruction, geared towards the specific needs of the patients.
Laura joined Healthcare Accreditation Resources in October 2016 and conducts peer training and continuing education seminars on current dental standards throughout the greater Boston area. Laura trains dental offices on numerous dental standards, including but not limited to, OSHA regulations, HIPPA, CPR, infection control protocols, Bloodborne Pathogens Standard and Hazard Communication Standard.
Laura earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Science and Services from the University of Rhode Island and her Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene from the Community College of Rhode Island. Laura is a nationally certified Dental Hygienist by the Northeast Regional Board, is licensed in administering local anesthesia and has additional training and experience in administering CPR.
